Becoming a Member

To become a member of our store, simply visit the Membership page and fill out the required fields completely and accurately. Providing correct and complete information is essential to prevent communication or delivery issues and to ensure that your products and services reach you quickly and safely.

Membership registration is quick and easy. Becoming a member does not create any financial or legal obligation. However, please review the Sales Agreement carefully before making a purchase. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time.

Membership Cancellation

Members may request to cancel their membership at any time. Once your membership is canceled, all access and privileges related to our website will be terminated. To cancel, please log in to your account and submit a request via our Contact Information page.

Membership Cannot Be Cancelled in the Following Cases:

• If less than 60 days have passed since your last order.
• If the cancellation request is made from a different email address than the one registered.
• If the member cannot be reached through the registered contact information.

Membership May Be Terminated by the Company in the Following Cases:

• If the member posts or sends content that is offensive or inappropriate.
• If fraudulent activity or an attempt to deceive is detected.
• If any action is taken to harm the website, its systems, or the Uludag Gulf Beverages LLC brand.

Alternate Delivery Address

Each member can add a different delivery address at checkout, apart from the registered billing address. This feature allows you to send gifts to friends or receive deliveries at temporary locations such as a workplace branch or vacation home.

Example: You can use this feature when staying at a different office location, during holidays, or when you want your order delivered to someone else while keeping the invoice for yourself.

Product Reviews
