Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed and delivered directly by Uludag Gulf Beverages LLC within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment authorization is received. Deliveries are made only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) there are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time and Location
We accept orders exclusively from Dubai. Delivery times depend on the destination. For locations within Dubai, most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to areas outside major cities may require additional time.
Delays or Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare case of a delay caused by us, you will be notified promptly using the contact details from your account information. Therefore, please ensure that your membership and contact details are accurate and up to date.
Shipping Provider and Warranty
All deliveries are handled exclusively by Uludag Gulf Beverages LLC. Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
Stock Availability
If any of the ordered items are out of stock, they will not be available for purchase on our website until restocked.
Delivery Fee
For orders with a total value below 150,00 AED, a delivery fee of 15,00 AED, in addition to applicable VAT, shall be charged.
