Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed and delivered directly by Uludag Gulf Beverages LLC within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment authorization is received. Deliveries are made only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) — there are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination. Within the UAE, most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Deliveries outside major cities may take slightly longer.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

For custom-made or special production items, delivery timelines may vary depending on the manufacturing schedule. The estimated delivery period for such products is clearly stated on the respective product pages.

Delays or Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare case of a delay caused by us, you will be notified promptly using the contact details from your account information. Therefore, please ensure that your membership and contact details are accurate and up to date.

Shipping Provider and Guarantee

All deliveries are handled exclusively by Uludag Gulf Beverages LLC. Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

Order Confirmation and Stock Availability

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If any of the ordered items are out of stock, they will not be available for purchase on our website until restocked.
