Online Sales Agreement

All users are deemed to have read and accepted this Sales Agreement at the time of registration or checkout.

This agreement constitutes the electronic distance-selling contract between Uludag Gulf Beverages LLC (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”).

1. Purpose

This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the online sale and delivery of the products listed on the Seller’s e-commerce platform, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws of the United Arab Emirates.

3. Buyer Information

All registered members or any person who place orders through the Seller’s online store are considered Buyers under this Agreement.

4. Product Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, price, and payment method of each product are displayed on the website. Product specifications and availability may change without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect confirmed orders.  The products are manufactured in Türkiye.

5. General Terms

·        The Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed all pre-contract information regarding the product’s essential features, price, and delivery terms before confirming the order electronically. Orders are delivered in accordance with the Seller’s Shipping Policy, which is available on the website
·        If delivery is to a person or address other than the Buyer, the Seller shall not be liable if the recipient refuses delivery.

·        The Seller is responsible for delivering products intact, complete, and consistent with the order description, including any applicable warranty certificates and manuals.

·        Delivery is conditional upon payment confirmation. The payment confirmation will be sent to the Buyer by email and SMS within 24 hours. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and the http://www.uludag.ae/ policies and rules. If payment is declined or canceled by the issuing bank, the Seller is released from the delivery obligation.

·        The price and currency displayed on the checkout page will be the same as the price and currency shown on the transaction receipt, and the amount charged will be reflected in the cardholder’s card currency.

·        In the event of force majeure (e.g., adverse weather, transport disruption), the Seller must inform the Buyer immediately. The Buyer may then choose to cancel the order, accept an equivalent product, or postpone delivery until the situation is resolved. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method; the Seller is not responsible for bank-side delays.

·        Defective or damaged products covered by warranty are handled according to the Seller’s Return and Warranty Policy available on the website.

·        This Agreement becomes effective once the Buyer confirms acceptance electronically during registration or checkout.

·        Users who are minors or under the age of 18 may not register as a member of the website, but they may browse and use the website without performing transactions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The Seller does not trade with or provide any services to individuals, entities, or countries subject to OFAC sanctions or other applicable international trade restrictions.

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

The Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting the revised version on the website. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check the website periodically for any changes.

Your continued use of, or access to, the website or the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By confirming the order online, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts all terms of this Sales Agreement.
