Product Quality Commitment
Uludag Gulf Beverages LLC guarantees that all products sold are genuine and stored, handled, and delivered under strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with UAE regulations.
Please check your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, leakage, or tampering, inform the courier immediately and do not accept the package.
If a product is found defective in quality (such as taste deviation, leakage, or damaged packaging), please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
This policy does not cover products that have been opened, consumed, or stored improperly after delivery.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described.
You must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or replacement request.
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and labels.
Opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, unless a proven quality issue exists.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed within a reasonable time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 7 days.
How to Start a Return or Quality Claim
Contact Support: Email us at info@uludag.ae within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, photos/videos, and a short description of the issue.
Pack Securely: Ensure the item is packed safely with all original packaging and accessories.
Ship as Instructed: Use the courier method specified by our team. Unapproved shipments may be declined.
Exclusions
Damage or changes caused by improper storage, exposure to heat, or mishandling after delivery.
Returns of opened, partially consumed, or tampered products (unless a verified quality issue).
Normal shelf-life expiry if the product was delivered within its valid date range.
