Warranty & Return Policy (UAE)

Warranty Terms

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered under the manufacturer’s or authorized agent’s warranty.

  • Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, ask the courier to record it and do not accept the delivery.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Modifications to the product, signs of misuse, deformation, or any changes that alter the original design are not covered.
  • Where a defect is confirmed, the remedy may include repair, replacement, or refund as applicable under UAE consumer protection rules.
  • The warranty period and after-sales service terms follow the duration and conditions set by the manufacturer/authorized agent. If a product is repaired or replaced, the warranty applies to the repaired/replacement item in accordance with applicable rules.

Return & Exchange Conditions

If the product you purchased is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date via our support channels. Once your request is approved, please return the product using the instructed courier method. Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund.

  • If the issue results from customer misuse, improper handling, or if the product has been used beyond normal inspection within the 7-day period, returns/exchanges may be declined.
  • For non-defective products, returns are generally accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, and in resellable condition with all accessories and original packaging. (Hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded.)
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to Start a Warranty or Return Request

  1. Contact Support: Share your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Pack Securely: Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  3. Ship as Instructed: Use the courier/service we specify. Unapproved shipments may be rejected.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.
  • Alterations that change the original design, serial number tampering, or missing warranty labels.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumables.

Note: This policy is designed to comply with UAE consumer protection requirements. Your statutory rights are not affected.
